TK II - Pocked Watch Minute Tourbillon According to Glashütte with Chronometer Escapement
At the beginning of the 1980s, inspired by a close friend and clock collector, the idea for the second creation was born, which would be realized with painstaking attention to detail, lots of dedication and love in the years to come.
The work, made from German silver, was created with own constructions completely on own account, and thus rightfully earned the designation "Manufaktur Kaliber". All parts have been refined in highest perfection. Functionality and escapements have been optimized and regulated in detail. The biggest challenge was the chronometer hairspring, which is only two hundredth of a millimeter thick and had to be balanced in the scale of a thousandth of a millimeter!
The massive 18k rose gold frame with a spring lid was created in the own manufacture. To guarantee optimal results, according to Professor Graf, a master of his craft was consulted; Helmut Wagner from Glashütte contributed his skills for a perfect result.
Each of these watches, produced in a highly limited edition, is unique and part of collector´s treasury today.
